Terms of Use

These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the GetRizz iOS app, operated by Etko Design OÜ, registered in Estonia (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using GetRizz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

GetRizz is an AI assistant that helps you write replies in dating and messaging apps. You can paste a chat or upload a screenshot, and we generate suggested replies. The suggestions are AI-generated and provided as-is. You decide whether to use them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use GetRizz. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Your account

You need an account to use GetRizz. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and payments

  • GetRizz Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase.
  • New users may be eligible for a free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will start and your Apple ID will be charged.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each period until canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
  • Payments are handled by Apple. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple under its own policy.
  • We may change pricing or features at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will be communicated in advance as required by Apple.

What you can do

You may use GetRizz for personal, non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and applicable law.

What you cannot do

  • Use GetRizz to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or harm anyone.
  • Upload chats, images, or content that contain illegal material, including content involving minors, non-consensual content, or anything that violates someone else's rights.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or AI prompts of the app.
  • Use the app to build a competing product, train another AI model, or resell the output as your own service.
  • Interfere with the app's operation, abuse rate limits, or attempt to bypass paywalls or usage limits.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these rules.

User content

Anything you paste, type, upload, or generate using GetRizz - chats, screenshots, messages, the AI replies we produce for you, and any feedback you send us - is referred to as “User Content”. You keep ownership of the content you submit.

By submitting User Content, you grant Etko Design OÜ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, store, process, transmit, display back to you, modify (for technical purposes such as resizing or formatting), and otherwise use your User Content for the following purposes:

  • Operating and providing GetRizz to you, including sending your content to our AI providers to generate replies and storing it in your conversation history.
  • Sublicensing to the service providers we rely on to run the app (such as our AI provider, authentication provider, and hosting provider), strictly to the extent each one needs to do its job.
  • Diagnosing and fixing technical issues, investigating bugs, and improving the quality and accuracy of the AI replies the app produces.
  • Detecting, preventing, and addressing abuse, fraud, security issues, or violations of these Terms.
  • Using de-identified and aggregated data derived from User Content - data that does not identify you and is not linkable back to your account - to evaluate, maintain, and improve the service.
  • Complying with applicable law and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

This license lasts only as long as we need it for the purposes above. When you delete User Content from the app or delete your account, we stop using it for these purposes within a reasonable time, except for de-identified data, backups, or records we are required to keep (as described in our Privacy Policy).

We do not sell your User Content. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or AI training.

You confirm that you have the right to submit any User Content you upload and that doing so does not violate anyone else's rights or any applicable law. You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and we may remove content that we believe violates these Terms.

AI-generated replies

Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, awkward, or unsuitable for the situation. We do not guarantee that suggestions will lead to any specific outcome. Use your judgment before sending anything we generate.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using GetRizz, you also agree to that policy.

Intellectual property

GetRizz, including its name, logo, designs, and code, is owned by Etko Design OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. You may not use our branding without our permission.

Disclaimers

GetRizz is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etko Design OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of GetRizz. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Business transfers

If Etko Design OÜ is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its assets, your User Content, account information, and the rights and licenses granted in these Terms may be transferred to the successor or new owner as part of that transaction. The successor will be bound by the commitments we made to you in these Terms and our Privacy Policy, unless and until you are notified of any changes.

Future products and features

We may use the rights granted in the “User content” section above - including the use of de-identified and aggregated data - to develop, evaluate, and launch new features, products, or services offered by Etko Design OÜ. If we ever materially expand how we use your identifiable User Content beyond what these Terms and our Privacy Policy describe, we will update these Terms and notify you before the change takes effect, as described below.

Termination

You can stop using GetRizz at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we stop offering the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of GetRizz after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence say otherwise.

Apple-specific terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and Etko Design OÜ, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's standard EULA, the relevant terms of Apple's EULA will apply only to the extent required by Apple.
