How do I cancel my subscription?+
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions". Find GetRizz in the list and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I was charged but the subscription isn't active.+
Open GetRizz, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, email us with the email tied to your Apple ID and we'll sort it out within one business day.
Does GetRizz keep my screenshots?+
No. Screenshots you upload are sent to our AI provider only to generate the reply, and are not stored on our servers afterwards.
How do I delete my account?+
From inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and conversation history. You can also email us and we'll handle it.
Which iPhones are supported?+
GetRizz runs on iOS 17 and later. iPhone 12 or newer recommended for best performance.
